Where are your products made?
All Wild Atlantic Wellness products are handcrafted in small batches in Ballydehob, West Cork, Ireland, using natural ingredients and pure essential oils. Everything is made by hand — just me, Tara, in my West Cork studio.
How should I use an essential oil roller blend?
Apply your roller blend to pulse points — inner wrists, the back of the neck and behind the ears. Take a slow deep breath after applying to allow the scent to work. Our roller blends are designed to be used as part of a daily ritual — morning, evening or whenever you need a moment of calm.
What essential oils help with sleep?
Lavender, chamomile and cedarwood are among the most well-researched essential oils for supporting restful sleep. Our Sleep Roller Blend combines all three — apply to pulse points before bed as part of a calming night-time ritual.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — all Wild Atlantic Wellness products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients. We always recommend doing a small patch test before full use, particularly during pregnancy.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes — we ship across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I add a personalised note to my order?
Yes absolutely — just add your message at checkout and we'll include a handwritten note with your order. It makes the perfect personal touch for a gift.
