Processing Time
Orders are normally processedand dispztched within 1-2 working days of ordering.
Once your order has been dispatched , delivery within Ireland usually takes between 2-5 working days but please be aware that delivery times can vary depending on An Post and are outside our control.
Please allow a little extra time for orders posted towards the end of the week or around weekends and bank holidays , as parcels may take longer to move through the postal sorting network.
If your parcel is taking a little longer than expected, please allow the full delivery window before getting in touch. If you have any concerns about your order, we are always happy to help.
Delivery
We currently ship within Ireland, UK and mainland Europe.
Ireland: 2–4 business days (via An Post or courier)
UK & EU: 5–10 business days
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.)
Shipping Costs
Ireland: Flat rate €3.50
Free shipping on orders over €40 ( Ireland only)
UK/EU: Flat rate €8
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened skincare, body care, or aromatherapy products unless they are faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method."
