Processing Time
We are currently on holiday until the 29th of July.. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched on our return. Thank you for your patience!
Delivery
We currently ship within Ireland, UK and mainland Europe.
Ireland: 2–4 business days (via An Post or courier)
UK & EU: 5–10 business days
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.)
Shipping Costs
Ireland: Flat rate €3.50
Free shipping on orders over €40 ( Ireland only)
UK/EU: Flat rate €8
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened skincare, body care, or aromatherapy products unless they are faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method."
