Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipping.

Delivery
We currently ship within Ireland, UK and mainland Europe.

• Ireland: 2–4 business days (via An Post or courier)

• UK & EU: 5–10 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.)

Shipping Costs

• Ireland: Free shipping

• UK/EU: Flat rate €10

• Free shipping on orders over €60 for UK and mainland Europe

Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products for hygiene reasons.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
