I have more than a decade of experience working in the realm of Holistic Health.
I am proud to hold a Diploma in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and have 3 Yoga qualifications that have led me to specialising in Yoga Therapy for Women’s Health.
I have been featured in a wide variety of publications including Huffington Post, Metro.co.uk, Breathe Magazine and Soul & Spirit Magazine.
I specialise in working with tired, stressed and overwhelmed women helping them to regain a sense of balance in their daily lives.
I gone through my own personal journey through motherhood and post- natal depression and understand the value of having a support network.
